Well, as a follow up to the name change I am attaching the new format and lettering of my truck and job signs. let me know what you think (not that I’m going to go through the expense of changing them again! this is it.)

Steve, I just noticed that you are in PA! Are you anywhere near Philly?
blue
Blue, yeah about an hour and a half north west of Phila. actually about 50 miles but the traffic in my neck of the woods is pretty slow.
I'm driving down to just below phila. tomorrow to take my SCMS to the makita service center. bearings went bad and I need it fixed quick (it's warranty ran out a month and a half ago but makita said they'd cover it as a warrany repair, no charge). so thus the drive. I'm taking my daughter (6 yrs old) along for company.Steve

Steve,
Hey, thats lokks VERY nice! Very professional looking...Only thing is too bad its on a Dodge. Oh well, at least Ron T. will like it.
Good luck Steve.
And one small thing I used to do...Get cards and flyers, t-shirts, etc. in the same color as your truck. Looks very organized and cool when folks see them together.
Mike
Steve looks VERY nice! I esp. like it on a DODGE TRUCK and to beat it all on blue. Always knew I liked you.
Lars has his company name, but is finally getting ready to advertise. He has been in business 15+ years and has yet to have a business card, or any sign made for the truck.
Now if I can talk him into getting the four door Dodge truck that I think I need (oh I mean he needs :-)
Congradulations! Sounds like things are going better for you.Tamara
Steve were the people at Taunton able to help you work out your problem posting or did it take care of itself?
I really like the look. It's what I would call "classic".
I was wondering why did you start a new discussion? I thought there was a lot of good valuable commentary in the original.

Jerrald, mostly because with the change over to the new format ALL of the messages say new and I can't always tell whether I've read all of the posts for a particular thread or not. that being said I am assuming others have that same dilema and don't have the time to read each and every post to see where they left off. So I started a new one because anyone following the old one would then see a follow up post and recognize that it was new and not have to wade through the old stuff to figure that out. elementary my dear watson.Steve

Love it. It has a classic look to it. I take an extra large in shirt when you get that big.
They're on order Gunner, delivery date of 4/8 I didn't get too many xlrg's but could probably squeak another onto the order if I call in the a.m.
Royal blue with light gray lettering. left chest and full back. I also ordered embroidered left chest polo shirts for sales calls.
I'm thinking big. ordered about 15 t's to begin with. for me to work and for a few people I know will wear them and advertise for me. I'm in this for the long haul so I putting every ounce of me and my money into it.
I will succeed!!!Steve

That's the only attitude to have Steve. I hope I'm never in the situation you were thrown into. But at least you've got enough testiculer fortitude to make it happen and stick with it, hell or high water. Your doing exactly what I wish I had the guts to do. Your the man!
steve... patience , grasshopper.. all will be revealed..
i can't post any more pics because i exceeded my allotment but if you hit "browse" and go the pic. file you want
then "open" make sure the name of the pic you want is in the little window..then press "download".. but don't go on to the next step until you see
the name of your pic displayed across the top of the dialogue box.
. when it displays then you can finish , but not until..
you can also use the "preview" button to check before you hit "post"..
convoluted ? you bet.. but that's life in the Emerald City

Ok, deep breath, here goes again...
Oh this is utter crap!
I am following the directions and still nothing happens! after I hit upload should the button remain white or turn blue again? mine is staying white. I then hit done and nothing is there.
Well I've got better things to do than try and figure this abortion out!
If anyone is interested I'll email them the pics. at least THAT works!Steve

Steve,
Read Mike's post again. Patience my friend, patience.
When you hit the button to submit the picture, you have to wait, (and wait and wait....), until the picture is actualy uploaded before you can go on to the next step.
My name is Luka.
I just tried to attach a pic file myself. I got an error message that the page I was trying to access was not reachable. Looks like one of the pages necessary to posting a pic is unaccessible right now. I'll let ops know about it.
Sorry about the trouble. I'm sure it'll be fixed as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Deep breaths....
