Formwork rentals greater than 10′ tall

Is it possible to rent formwork that is greater than 10′ tall or do you have to go custom at that point?
I’d like to have a 14′ concrete foundation. Main floor is 2′ below grade, add basement with 8′ ceiling and footing, I’d like 14′.
If you can’t rent greater than 10′, how hard is it to scab on another 4′ of custom formwork? or would you go full custom at this point?

you can rent panels in many different sizes but if you have 10' you can just rent 4' to go top they are all made to tie together on the top, bottom and both sides. 14' panels would be mighty hard to handle.
