I’m adding a 12ft x 12ft 4 season sunroom onto my house(in New Hampshire). I was hoping someone could explain the pros and cons of both concrete pile footings and frost wall foundation.

A lot depends on your soil type. Since you are calling this a four season room, you probably want a frost wall.
It is normally best to use the same foundation type as on the original house you are tying onto
