That’s not a whole lot of info, do you have a designer or architect? It changes every aspect of your house and would essentially require you to redesign the house. You are going to have a bunch of issues unless you fully redesign, you can’t really just shrink everything.
It would probably be easier to find a solution to resize the concrete and not necessarily remove but I suppose it depends on how wrong it is.
