http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=368 is what I used last time. there are others which are smaller.
Ours have an inset back, so we can use ordinary Spax or Zip-R screws at 1.25" lengths to fix them together at the back edges.
At the fronts, we use sex bolts sized so the barrel member fits snugly in a 5mm hole. Most holes are placed midway between the 2 hole x 32mm groups at hinge locations, so they can hide behind a hinge plate.

I screw them together with a 1 1/4" screw. I put the screw in line with the row holes(top and bottom, one if the middle if needed) and then fast cap them if need be.
I have one of those counter sink drill bits that are made for fast caps and even though they(the fast cap) are visable they do hide the screw.
