I’m an owner builder in Central NC (about 1/2 hour north of Greensboro).  I’m building a custom home (my own) and am seeking to contract with a good framing crew [with insurance (general liability and workmans compensation)] to get my house to dry-in stage.  house description:

• 2800 sq ft first floor (2×6 exterior walls 10′ ceiling height)
•   675 sq ft garage
•   465 sq ft front porch (masonry porch with shed roof)
• 1100 sq ft partial basement (back wall framed with 2×6)
• 2870 sq ft unfinished attic area
• 3 gable dormers
• 3 sets of stairs
• conventional 2x floor framing with steel I beams

The foundation is in and ready to go.
