Hi All,

I am in need of some new framers to bid on some of my work here in Richfield Utah.  I am currently putting foundations in for a 3000 s/f two story home, two 5,600 s/f two story 4 unit townhomes, and a 15,000 s/f three story condominium building.  My current framers are fantastic and FAST, but he is pulling the old bait and switch and has jacked his prices way higher than he quoted just a couple of months ago.  I already raised the sales prices to accomodate his price and I can’t eat the additional that he is wanting.  (over $10,000 per building!!!) 

We also need some more drywall help.  My current drywaller is great…but he needs more help.  I told him I would do what I can do to help him look for more help.  

Also,,,would except bids from other drywallers that can get things done faster and compete with his price.
