To all interested:
I am the framing/deck supervisor for one of the largest homebuilders in the Pittsburgh area. We are currently seeking framing carpenters and laborers. Exp. prefererred but not absolutley neccesary. More important than framing exp. , we are seeking well motivated individuals who want to learn how to frame and move up on a crew. If you are a person that shows up at work EVERYDAY , on time , and cares about daily production , please give me a call. We offer year round work , paid vacation , paid holidays , profit sharing , 401k , health benefits and many other benefits not commonly found in the framing industry. We offer more than a job , we offer a career. Call me for more details and possible interview at : 412-589-1913. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Read your post and wondered if you were looking for a good lead carpenter. I am orginally from the Johnstown area and have been living in Colorado for the past 20 years. I have been thinking about moving back home but the big question mark is work. What the hell happened to those Steelers on Sunday?
Thanks for the interest : send me a resume and if you have any pics of your jobs , send them also. Email to [email protected] . Maybe we can get u back to Steeler Country !!

Framer,
I'll pass your number along to a good helper. He's working now, but looking for more money.

..............Al-ways look on......the bright......side of life...........
.......whistle.....whistle.......whistle........
Thanks for replying. I have been a framer for 18 yrs and recently became the framing supervisor. The biggest challenge (that we all know) is finding help. We are a large company and have been around for 53 yrs. Again my number is 412-589-1913. Jeff: although trim carpenters are subcontractors , I can refer you to the proper department that hires the subs. The framers work directly as company employees , its well worth a look for anyone who's interested in a steady career with advancement.
Thanks Jeff......I have had enough of the "no show" employees. Heres my # 412-589-1913 , give me a call about the steps to be taken to be a trim sub. We are planning on 600 units next year , single/multi-family. North (cranberry) and south (bridgeville)
