When I ordered the new gun….Paslode Powermaster Plus…..very nice, by the way……I went big and got two accessories to try out. I got the aluminum “F” rafter hook……that quick-disconnects to the gun…..and have been very happy with that purchase. Lets ya free up a hand and keeps the new gun from falling more than two stories down.
I also got the bucket boss nail rack sheath. This holds a handfull of racks in two long pockets….one for full, and one for broken racks…..and helps limit the trips down the ladder, or the number of racks thrown up at ya from the deck. Slips right onto the tool belt.
Both do-dads cost about $12 each……and both will actually get used instead of rolling around the back of the van. This time, I was 2 for 2. Jeff

The only problem I see, Jeff, is that someday you will need a bigger truck for all of the do dads.
Bigger truck= $35k, that is a whole lot of twelve dollar dads...
What do I know, I only buckle a side bag and get there with a pickup.
If you don't mind, I missed the review on the gun after the Amazon madness, how do you like it? I figure it to be my new framer when the local dubs get the price right.
*That Powermaster is nice, didn't we tell ya'? Nice and light.... Sam
*It's the new job site favorite. Nice, light, plenty of power, angled and compact enough for tight bays and goofy upside down barely get it in there shots. Jams haven't been a problem yet....but it is still brand new.....time will tell on that. Over all......for the tool crib price of $270.....including a free kick-ass estwing cats paw, and a free magnesium starret 25' tape.......I think it was well worth the money. I know paslodes pretty much last forever, and take rebuilds well......so I'm very happy with it. Check out the tool crib deal for all the free stuff......i think it's good for the next month or so....maybe longer. Jeff
