Hey Paul, I'll take it. Be aware though that I am an HO renovating/adding on to my own old house and I am in no way a tradesman. If you feel the book is more worthy of someone in the trades, I would understand.

Ya know fair is fair and you're really committed to gving the book to Pino now but ya know what I do with the older editions of the books (and CDs like the JLC CD) I buy... I hand them down to my employees.
....and then I talk about stuff with them that's in them to make sure they're reading them.
