   Frenchy, I never tried to post a picture till last Saturday.  I mocked up a little pic on my computer for Gunner.  I like to never got the picture to post!  Here's what I found.  I had to put acx.prospero.com in my trusted zone on the firewall.

   Also, when you attach a pic, and click done,  you have to wait till it says the pic has been attached, or it won't work.

   I had problems, and someone suggested holing the Ctrl button while hitting the Attach Files button. It worked and has been working ever since.
