Is this tool cut considered better than a saw cut?  I think it makes the cuts very wide,  super obvious, and also not a fan of how the “tool” lines are thick right next to narrow where part of the porch comes out further.  It also looks weird to have the tool lines in the front overhang edge of the porch?  

Besides that, the right edge of the porch also is not level/drops off.  I can see it from 100 ft away.  

opinions before I discuss with contractor?

aside from this, what can I do to make this less obvious?  Is there an overlayment that I can fill everything in and have a flat porch?  If I do a tile on top, how would I cover the front overhang edge?  I really just wanted a concrete porch…but not happy with this.

one of the photos is the side porch, which is fine, except looks weird with the control line lined up with the side of the door.
