I am setting up a new blower for my furnace and it is a belt driven unit. I have found the info for sizing the pulleys on both the motor and blower. But what about the “kind” of pulleys? Cast iron or zincdie cast(I think that is what they are called)?

Die cast zinc are 1/4th the price of CI. Your's is considered light duty service so I would use the zinc.
Better is the enemy of good enough.
And I'd say use the CI, they are machined true after casting and will run truer without wobble or belt noise down the line.
Last time I bought a pulley I was surprised how inexpensive the nice, true CI ones were. Yes, the zinc ones were around six to eight bucks, but for fifteen bucks I got a CI one that perfectly true, much stronger, and less prone to wear. Mind you, it was going on a compressor which stresses the pulleys more than a blower.
