I sense conflicting signals. "I'm a sucker" and "making us move", but then "she's worth it". If she's worth it, don't sweat it. Take the plunge and make the move. If you have to flip burgers for a month 'til you get a feel of the market, so be it. If you feel like you are being forced, then you have other issues to consider. If she is a good match for you, support her and hang on to her.
