Gaps between floor joist and header joist
Hello, I purchased a tiny home during COVID because I couldn’t find anywhere to rent. Now I’m concerned with it’s integrity. I am not planning on transporting it any time soon but would like to know if it’s at all possible.
If transport is not an option, I want to know how to improve it’s structure while it sits, or at least know what is going to be fine for living in, and what is an absolute no go. Today, I found gaps between the floor joist and header joists, all along one side of the trailer. I took photos of the worst one.
Is this a major safety concern? Will my home collapse if this is not repaired? Is this able to be repaired?
The largest gap is the first joint to the right of the wheel well. It is the framing that is below the heavier portion of the home, under the bathroom and loft. The walls are 13′ high, and it is 8.5’wide.
The entire dimensions are 26’Lx8.5Wx13’H

Strangest trailer I’ve ever seen.
