Anyone happen to know of a code requirement in the 2003 IRC (in use here in CT) that calls for minimum dimensions for a 2 car garage? Have a client that wants a design that would involved partitioning off the back portion of their garage, and aside from other issues I’ve considered I seem to recall seeing a size requirement but can’t seem to find it now.
