Here is a recent project that I got subbed to do, as part of a landscaping job that that someone had done.
it is sort of a garden tea house. still missing are 2 “ball and chains” that will hang from the copper gutter and give the trickle affect when it rains.
These are my 1st photos.
Upgrading the footings and columns that support a girder beam is an opportunity to level out the floor above.

Cool. What's the "roofing" material?
The roofing is called "sun tuff" which is an upgarde from the usual corugated roofing material that is available. it is toted as " unbreakable",I don't know about that part.
Originally I thought the roof should be cedar, but it was designed with this and I now agree that it was the way to go. especaially with the yard already shaded.
