Each furnace should be on its own circuit breaker. The furnace nameplate will tell you what size breaker the unit requires.

In most cases a dedicated 15A circuit will do it. I usually put it in #12. For pennies a foot more than #14 your covered and may save a bit on the power bill. If the unit is not within sight and 50' of the panel I would install a pull-out disconnect and use armored flex to sleeve any exposed cables. Like from the disconnect to the unit.
Don't forget the thermostat wire if it is in the same wall. A phone call to your heating guy should confirm the circuit size needed and the thermostat wire preferred.
