My grandparnets are looking at putting in a modular home. We may look at Genesis Homes. Does anyone have any experience with this company. I went to the International Builders show and went through one of thier homes. I was impressed with that one. would they be considered low, level, mid or uppper level??

Find one of thier homes that has been lived in by someone for a while.
Any builder will spend a lot of time and effort making thier homeshow model look spectacular...
the test of time and service after the "sale" is what will set a good home apart from a slapped together house.
