What do you use as a technique to get WWF up off the subgrade, and a little more centrally located, in a 4″ slab on grade. This one has heat piping tied to the mesh.
It is not like a rebar grid you can stand up on chairs. Just a little flimsy 6x6x10/10, that the slab pour guys with their boots will stomp down.

First, buy your mesh in sheets rather than rolls- easier to handle, and easier to get to lay flat.
Next, buy the chairs that are meant for the purpose- they're long pieces with feet coming off them to space the mess up off the slab.
Lastly, use a hook dueing the pour to pul the mesh up. Like you said, the guys are gonna mash it down as they walk over it anyway, so the hook will bring it up just as you bury it in the concrete.

Thanks, Bob. We are planning to use mats, not rolls, at my plumber's suggestion. I will look for the spacer devices, starting Tuesday a.m. I know about hooking, from my days in commercial contracting.
Someone had said to me to use little cutoff pieces of the PEX we'll be using for hydronic tubing. Didn't sound good to me.
