A nice touch in a little powder room, done with cherry wood and glass tile. Goes all round the room, set right at the height of the stone counter on the vanity. The cherry bands are 1×1. You can see the horizontal v-joint doug fir planking that is the wainscot, below.

I think I would have run three rows across the top of the counter, and a fourth row at the same height as the edge of the counter.
I like the rail where the spigot emerges from the wall.
Did you consider using v-groove for the door panels?
