We’ve installed a Black Walnut floor in a residence and finished it with Glitza. The Owner is complaining that it scratches easily. I told him to stop wearing his golf spikes in the house…… but seriously, does anyone know of a way to repair scratches in Glitza (sp?)

You could try to use the Glitsa Aerosol spray can, or you can mask off the offending boards and light sand and recoat with the original product. Carefully remove masking tape while the boards are still wet.
If you used the Glitsa Lite-scent, it is not nearly as hard as the original formulation. Recoat with the original after the prescribed time as per Glitsa American Corp. GW
Greg,
Thanks for your input on Glitza. We were using the original formula so that wasn't the problem. We ended up recoating the whole floor with another coat of Glitza and the owner seems to be happy (for now anyway). Thanks for taking the time to respond.
