I have to laminate some 1/2″ Azek PVC boards to make 1″ thick exterior window trim boards. I would like a water-tight welded joint. The reviews on the Azek glue go both ways. Any recommendations on a good glue?

I would assume that this issue is long past solved for the author, but I thought I would throw in a glue suggestion for the next person. We laminate Azek sheet goods every day and we use Chem-Set Trim Grip. It is a two part structural adhesive that creates a permanent bond. Just clean up any squeeze out that you get before it cures. I also wanted to mention that Azek makes 1" thick material that is likely available at a lumber yard that stocks Azek.
