Good lead carpenters in Central VA

We are looking for good lead carpenters with a positive attitude and good work ethic for mid-size (for central VA) remodeling contractor.  Experience with and knowledge of a wide range of remodeling projects and a full range of skills from rough to finish a huge plus.
