I just made my first payment on my renewed liability insurance policy. For the first time in quite a few years, it didn’t go up. What a surprise! (There must be some mistake.) I was just getting used to the idea of huge annual increases.

Wow, that is good news! As you know, I'm in MA as well. I've been dreading audit season, but the $ is safely banked. Sure would be nice if I got to keep some of it! Anyway, good on ya!
