Good non-flammable latex contact cement for laminate

I’d prefer to use old brain cell destroying regular contact cement but can’t at this time of year. Don’t want to blow up my shop right now. So I’d like suggestions for latex and/or non-flammable cement for use on laminates.
I’ve done some searching here and came up with Lepages Latex, Formica 160 and 3M FastBond 30 – the last two I’m not sure of though. Flammable, etc. As far as I can tell Lepages Latex isn’t sold in the US, only Canada? I did find 3M Fastbond online and it appears there is a Green version but i’m getting confused. Plus I can’t seem to find anything locally besides DAP Weldwood green that has a lousy reputation.
How about the Liquid Nails Latex Neoprene non flammable? Couldn’t find any reviews on it – that’s why I’m here.
Thanks in advance!

I'm not a big fan of water soluable contact cements, but have used this several time with good results.
Titebond neoprene contact adhesive PLUS.
Good shelf life and stuff stays stuck. I double coat. Longer drying time you know. Just veneered some birch edgeband this past week and it went well. Quick drying (semi odd, but not wood to wood I guess). I'd use it again. A US product if that makes a difference in your availability.
