Looks great. Thanks for the tip! Did you actually buy from them? How did you find prices and service?

Yep. ID'd the style and color at big box store, but they didn't have the all of the types and colors in stock. Wouldn't special order. Seems the Schlage distribution/pricing system discourages special orders. Went to the Schlage web site to verify that the actual styles/types/colors were available, that was an excercise in bad database design, and although the 800 number tech was helpful, they advised that I try to find the knobsets IN STOCK AT SOME STORE. Catch 22.
So I did a Yahoo search on "door knobs" and came up with the handlesets.com site.
Easy to navigate, easy to order, needed to make a change after I submitted the on-line order, no problem on 800#...they could access thier warehouse in minutes to verify stock status. Order shipped same day. Price about 20% LESS than retail even if I could get the right parts. Three entry knob sets and deadbolts all keyed alike at no charge, five passage sets, a privacy set....~$220 with shipping.
Got here in time for the carp to put the doors in today!
