I have a galvanized steel building which sits on a concrete pad. There are grooves (channels) on the perimeter of the pad for the building to sit down in. I’m supposed to pour grout in the grooves to hold the building down and seal it. Do I need to apply a bonding agent to the concrete first and what kind of grout should I use? Not exactly “fine” homebuilding but I do need help!
