Guide me a good green building constructor

I want to get constructed my new office building and I want it to be built as a green building that should be energy efficient and for this purpose I need help of an expert building contractor who can execute the whole project smoothly and as per my recommendations.

To a building professional that is a CLASSIC oxymoron !

Problem is, "building professional" is not far from being an oxymoron either (present company excluded, of course).
The best you can do is ask around for recommendations from others who've had work done. It's the Wild West out there when it comes to contractors and their dependability (and, alas, often honesty).
If the building is large enough you might formally put it out for bids, but first you'd probably need to empoly an architect to design it and work up the specifications.
what recommendations? changes to the plan? changes to the project as you go along? all of those will cost you more money.
there is a reason efficient building is not done by everyone everywhere, it also cost considerablly more than standard construction.
