Gutter clogging solutions

Anyone have recommendations for a gutter & cover system that will keep most of the tree debris out? I’ve seen some 
Here is additional information: 

* Mostly pine trees, some leaf
* Existing guttering obsolete size /shape and deteriorating so planning on total re-guttering
* Cost per LF is a concern, its a large footprint house with no gables so its a whole lot of gutter needed. 
* Location PNW area
