One of the local RE brokers had this house under contract and wanted a roof inspection done for a fee .
I took 65 pictures of all areas of this roof — then was asked to quote the immediate work I felt was needed .
This North facing corner where gutter from the main house terminates into the lower roof was quite bad .I’m tearing out the 2 lowest valley sheets and short length of galvy gutter liner and redoing it again.
Monday was rip out day – stagings went up last week.

More of getting this area ready for the new metal .
It had been redone once - leaving the old metal liners in place , so I'm taking out 2 layers of old galvy here .

Morning Walter,
You keep starting these photo threads and we're going to have to start calling you McDesign of the North :)
What are the tabs above the flange in this shot used for?
Best,

Steve ,
Thats a worn out stack vent that will need replacement in time . The "bibs " are from a prior redo I guess .

You should try uploading pic to a webalbum and then copying pics from there when you want to embed pictures.
It is much faster than doing attachments, even for one picture.

Rich ,
Back when our picture pies were being gobbled up here on Breaktime I did use Shutterfly a lot to copy and paste from .
Either way suits me just fine .
