Real nice area and some amazing privacy. The dirty little secret is property like this and a large home is relatively inexpensive compared to Calif. I can.t imagine what an estate like this would cost anywhere near S.F. Stinky
CA or wherever, I'd rather have my house a bit further back and up than that one. Doesn't look like it would take but a couple feet of water for the pond to be in the house. And if that house has 8-9' basement on it... wheew! Hope the sump pump never quits.
Once when I was admiring a house where the owner could literally cast a fishing line from his LR-deck, it was explained to me that this setup completely negated the chief purpose of fishing... which he explained as being able to get away from DW. ;)
