   some of the others.   I flew in from just over 80 miles.  Most of these were local that are stationed at the airport.

    

   The last picture is my arrival and lineup to runway 18 at my local airport.

   In my second life I will own a modest farm with a cement runway lighted, with indoor hangers and in the hanger wil be a Pitts special....see its real fun to dream. Looks like your living pretty well. stinky

   Keep your eyes peeled for a railroad selling off spurs.  I see them once in a blue moon.  Tend to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 100' by several thousand ft.  Would make a nice runway.  Just buy an acre or two next to it somewhere for the hanger :)

   Hi JohnT8, the only deal Iam looking for now is canned tomatoes and beans...raising a small family is a job looking for food deals. Thanx for the suggestion, Interesting idea. stinky

   Stan,    I always enjoy seeing your pictures in flight, especially the ones from a higher altitude where you can see the countryside and all of the multimillionaire farmers below. 

   I'm not so sure I'd hop into some of those other machines at the gathering tho!!

   That is a nice little airport to have in your back yard!! 

   We'll be looking forward to a fall air color tour????
