I sold it and it went to south to Louisiana that is..:) I am currently building its replacement. It is an RAF2000…140 horse Subaru with a two place fully enclosed cabin. I have been flying a toy for years and thought it was time time to step up and have a machine I can share with family and friends. I have yet to wire it..put the doors and windshield,,and several other things.

thank god, I had this image of my head of your little red gyro mangled and you in a body cast ;)
BTW, the new one looks to be much cooler looking then the old
Cag: The first one was a lot of fun to fly and it did fly very well....but it was a glorified toy. I just want to be able to fly year round in comfort.
Cool looking gyropopper. I noticed that you have snake bite kits and spare parts all in one hanging on the back wall.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....

Andy: I bought this gyro partially built. Basically the the cabin..engine and so on were bolted on. I get to do the fun part and design my instrument panel..and wire it all up. I really got this for a steal as the guy has to now travel a lot and he just doenst have the time to do all the wiring.
How much wieght would it add if you laminated a custom "Body" for that?
And a nice set of spiral steps to get in and out!!Mr T
Do not try this at home!
