Hello, I have a handshower to install and am not sure what is a good height for the supply elbow and the mount bracket. Is there a standard/recommended install height for these?
Any suggestions? Thanks, Anthony

Is there also a fixed haed or will the hand shower double as the fixed head.
If the hand shower can reach below the flood rim a vaccum breaker is needed on the connection to the wall ( most brands come standard with them).
We usually mound designated hand shower elbows so the hand shower can reach the floor.

Plumbbill, yes, there is also a fixed head.
Thanks, Anthony
Ours comes of the tub filler. It's only there for the dog.
Personally I prefer to mount hand showers on a sliding bar. They seem to come in 24" and 36" bars. This allows them to be used both as a fixed and as a hand held.
I like the Jaclo ones.
