Sheet vinyl.
Best?
Prefinished if you have the cabs there and are adding HW. Be careful, dishwashers have been trapped by too thick a finished floor over other floorings. You might have to look into engineered hardwood.
I've put down maple, oak, bamboo and pine. Depends on the look you want.
Make sure dishwasher hookups are sound and use only copper for your frig water lines.
Check entry door threshold heights-you want to still be able to put down a throw rug.
Gravel driveway, rethink hardwood.
