All…..I have a friend that is in the display fireworks business and I’m looking for a nailer/mfg . The purpose of the gun will be to leave the brad proud of the wood at various hieghts from 1/2in to 1 1/2in. and think this would be in the form of a variable depth adjustment. These brad/pins are set into basswood ( my first encounter with this species of wood…..think poplar would be more cost effective) and are genaric headless brad /pins, with no info on what what guns they were designed for.
Duo Fast is the name ofthe gun currently used but can find no info in search of this product……..and if you were wondering …..a cig. like pyro product is dipped in glue and pressed onto the brad/pin to form letters or images.
Thanks All

Senco, or Omer make 23 ga. pinners. You'll have to make a spacer for the nose to keep it from sinking the pin.
Or...
Just shoot a 1 1/2" 16 ga or 18 ga brad through from the backside of the board and let the point protrude out the face.

use low temperature hot melt glue gun - naw, that might be asking for trouble
Good luck - be careful on this
