Bathrooms are notorious for not having wall space along floors for baseboard heating. I solved my problem a couple times by using a wall mounted cove heater. I believe Marley was the maker, or Q-Mark (or are they both the same??).
What you see is a nice trimmed white flat plate, about 4 inches high by varying lengths starting at about 24″, mounted up over a window or door, and the mount aims the plate surface down at about a 30 degree angle. A heating wire affixed to the hidden backside of the plate (which is steel) warms it up nicely.
Combine one of those with a little electric cable heat under the tiles, and you have a comfy bathroom, without one of those noisy kickspace heaters.
