I have attached two jpg’s showing pocket door rollers. From my research the rollers were produced by Lawrence Hardware ( now out of business). Johnson harware is not compatble with the track. The howeoner really does not want to have a hole in her wall so new hardware can be installed.
Does anyone know the location of a set of these rollers? Anyway to get the broken rollers off its mount and another one installed?

What's the roller size?
Are they riveted to the carrier?
Replacement rollers, of different sizes, usually for tub and shower doors, are available. Hubs come threaded to accept the screws included in the package or are hollow to accept machine screw and nut.

and ask Bill. He knows more about old pocket doors than anyone I've ever come across.
I had one the other day that I could not find a replacement for, but I was able to find just a roller that was the correct size. So I drilled out the old roller and mounted the new roller to the flange and used thread locker on the threads.
I was pretty impressed with myself that I was able to remove the entire door assembly to do the repair and put it all back together with only a bit of caulk and some touch up paint needed to make the repair invisible.
