No idea how to remove the fixed door pane on my cottage patio door. Driving me crazy. Checked out lots of videos online but non cover my door. It’s a Solaris.
The top sill… the door can move back and forth a little.
The bottom corner beside the jamb also moves a bit. The bottom corner facing the opening seems fixed in.
I removed all the screws I could see at the end facing the opening. Thinking the end moulding can pop off. But it seems like it’s part of the door itself. Even tried hitting it lightly with rubber hammer. Doesn’t look like anything can be removed on the bottom track either.

Have you tried using a thin flat bar at the bottom open end to pry up a bit? If you can get it to move a bit, work your way back toward the jamb......a bit at a time.
Worst case, they screwed it to the jamb at the backside.
The last time I used a Milgard sliding door, the frame came with the fixed panel already installed. I remember this perfectly because one of the delivery guys carried it up the steep drive way by himself. Dual glazed. It was all two of us could do to lift it. But enough digression. The fixed panel may not come out.
