Wish I was interested in being an employee, but I know Im not real fast and with a chopped up index finger I definitely couldn't perform very well.
But it certainly caused me to think. I am motivated and punctual.
Funny. My BIL's last name is Vogel. Come to think of it, so is my sister's. Hehehe.
if you know any one let me know.
were also looking for people to organize and track jobs, field admin stuff-Fortitude-
I have been trying. Are you looking for employees or subs? And in what trades? What would the 'organize and track jobs, field admin stuff' consist of, and what kind of experience would one need for that type of work? Not to be too forward here, and certainly don't mean pass the limits of good taste, but what company is it for and what is the pay like for a field admin job?I totally understand if this is neither the time nor the place.
We had a plumbing inspection on Thursday, so on Wednesday the plumbers were doing water test and completing the rough in. Tuesday the masons were supposed to cut a whole in the floor for the plumbers to install an injector pump . this bathroom was being installed in an existing basement. Masons were jammed up and couldn't make it so Dawn, the entry level (no construction exp) job organizer let me know and we sent her to storage to retrieve the gas powered saw. In house labor cut the concrete plumbers installed the pit and we passed our inspection on Thursday. I think in construction everyone creates there value. Job organizers in our company do everything from laying out dedicated lines with a marker in the kitchen to ensuring that the sealed and signed drawings stay in tact and present. Its a position that can be grown into or improved depending on the knowledge of the person doing it. We work on some pretty serious stuff and having open eyes and minds is key to preventing waste and product blunders (Plumber? wheres the water heater. electrician? is it a 30 or 50 amp dedicated for the double oven) a jo would have the specs and lay it out.

I must admit I'm kind of drooling. If I get fed up with trying to do it on my own, I may inquire later. It sends like a very nice deal. If i can think of anyone I could recommend, I will certainly let you know.Glenn
