I hooked up with my local Hilti guy and was crabbin’ about the plastic plug comin’ off the needle and how I needed to order one to get it back up.

So he say–No can do–they don’t sell parts for the gun–I am bummed now cause I use it but not enough to get the gun free with the case.

He gets my name and such and says he’ll see what he can work out–Off I go

Couple of days later calls me and says–I got this gummed up gun from another guy and I can’t get it unstuck–you can have it if you want —

Cool—Two broken tools–what could possible go wrong there–

Swing by and pick it up–No joke–total dried foam blob. figure it is already broke so here goes. Cut the nozzle off just above the body–unthread–I mean Rip off the can seat. and voila–I have the needle out and a little cleanin’ and I have my part.

Put that baby in my gun and I am back in the game–So Here to the local Hilti guy for steppin’ up —Three cheers– And to Mac who donated his gun that mine would live again.

So if you have a gun with a busted trigger or body or whatever and you would like these extra they are all in good shape and not mangled at all–unlike the nozzle and such. Just let me know and what ever they cost to ship they are yours.

Just passin’ along my good fortune–Parts include the body itself with the grip, the trigger, the adjusting knob on the back and the black cap at the base of the nozzle.
