Recently a customer asked if I could build a pair of glass door cabinets to fit into the 5′ opening of what is now a pantry. They will need to hinge on one edge and open to access the storage. My experience has been that the cabs will tend to sag over time. Since the goal is for them to hide the pantry a reliable, snug fit is essential. Any ideas ?

Trying to figure out what you mean, you say that you need a "pair of glass door cabinets" but then you say they will need to "hinge on one edge an open", am I missing something here, I often dont see what someone is saying so it might be me.
Do the doors have to be frameless? and if not why cant you make doors just as in any case with a cabinet?
Just thinking out loud, not exactly sure what you need. Give some more info please.
