Avoid high-heeled shoes or boots and plastic endorsed doormats on bamboo floors. You will need to maintain your pet’s nails and paws shorter to avoid scratches. Keeps bamboo flooring away from sun rays or else it will lose its 100 % pure color and appears really odd. Doesn’t put water entirely on bamboo flooring or else it become harmed. I installed some that burst into flames a few days later. I was told that bambooo has a habit of doing that so I advise people to have steaks and burgers ready to take advantage of the fire.

Tie your de-pawed pets to the tires to pad them.
My wife ran all of these fo fo floors by me and I just said no.
We ended up with a wood look Lea Acero tile and I never looked back. This stuff is almost bullet proof (a .22 did take out a little ding) but nothing else we have done in the last 20 years has fazed it.
We had a small section that even survived a major remodel.
