I'd get a DeWalt CMS for about that price. In fact, I did and I like it.

I am in the market for a new miter saw. Most are too much money for the occasional use. This saw only cuts to 15/16" at the most extreme compound angle (45 miter, 45 bevel). If I have this right, I won't be able to stand tall mouldings at the fence.
If you only had $350 and needed a miter saw, what would you do?
