He oversees a team of veteran builders, painters, and electricians, and works closely with our Doggie Designer to create the exact look—inside and out–desired by the owners and their dogs.

Options include architectural shingled or barrel-tiled roofs, stone, tile or marble floors, hand-painted faux-finished walls, an outdoor deck or porch, operable doggie-sized windows and doors, sky lights, and decorator furnishings. In addition, all mansions include interior and exterior lighting fixtures, and the interiors are fully primed, painted, wired for electricity, and air-conditioned.

To ensure that the dogs are properly entertained at all times, their abodes are outfitted with a flat-screen TV/DVD player (showing Benji or Rin Tin Tin!), doggie magazines, and plenty of treats and toys hand-selected by our dog-loving design team.
