We are building a small cabin (900 sq ft+/-) in northern vermont and am wondering about central heating. What is the most efficient way to heat this space? We are looking at electric vs. oil or propane boilers. perhaps radiant heat slab? Going electric has promise because we could place solar panels at the site and our electric company is planning to go 100% renewable by 2023.
