Worse, Bill gave me one of his coveted ‘inspector gadget’ awards, and left with Bob, both shaking their heads.

You let CONTRACTORS in your house?? Those guys are the lowest, they're parasites, charging people for work they could do themselves. Only thing lower is a farmer who charges people for growing food they could grow in their backyard!
