Hi guys,
I’ve been toying with the idea of trying to build a set of slide out tool boxes a la “extendo-bed” for my short bed dodge dakota. What I’m trying to figure out is how to get a smooth running and well cantilevered extenstion. I was toying with the idea of getting some steel rails that ride in some sort of track and using them as runners. Anyone out there try anything like this or have a more “K.I.S.S” idea? Write slow and use small words.
