I’m currently working on composing a survey to be used to interview homeowners in my area (suburbs of Manhattan/Northern New Jersey) who are currently undergoing renovations projects. The purpose of the survey is to acquire a perspective from the homeowners vantage point of the project from prebid i.e. variances, etc… to the bidding process on through the construction phase. My hopes are to gather the opinions of the homeowners on the most pressing of issues.
